At Izzat Express, we are committed to delivering your products with security, transparency, and excellent customer service. This Shipping Policy outlines all the essential information about how we process and deliver your orders, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.


Order Processing Time

The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout begins only after payment confirmation. Once confirmed, we allocate 1 to 4 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.


Shipping & Delivery Fees

We offer free standard shipping by default. If other shipping options are available, they will be shown during checkout with their respective costs and estimated delivery times, which may vary by region and supplier.


Delivery Timeframes

Most of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers and logistics partners located in the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • United States: 5 - 12 business days
  • Australia: 7 - 14 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Express Shipping: When available, typically 2–5 business days faster than standard delivery.


Delivery Experience

Based on customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks of dispatch. However, delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Strikes or holidays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs clearance or carrier-related issues
  • Remote delivery locations (can take 4–6 weeks)

Shipping Protection & Delivery Guarantee

Izzat Express guarantees the delivery of your order. In the event of loss or theft during delivery, we will issue a full refund. All shipments include insurance and free tracking.

For orders covered by Shipping Protection, if delivery does not occur within 70 business days of dispatch (excluding force majeure events), you will receive a 100% refund.


Important Notes

  • You may receive multiple packages depending on the suppliers involved.
  • Each item shipped separately will include its own tracking number.

Order Tracking

Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or another trusted carrier. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package through:

  • The “Track My Order” section on our website
  • The carrier’s official website

Our support team is also available to assist you with tracking if needed.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Izzat Express ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase. Orders are typically delivered by courier, but in the following situations:

  • Recipient is unavailable
  • Delivery restrictions in the area
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The carrier may leave a notice for you to collect your package at the nearest pickup point.


Recipient Not Available

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Carriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local postal agency for up to 7 calendar days.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Izzat Express is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. In such cases:

  • The carrier will not attempt a second delivery
  • The customer is responsible for collecting the package
  • If the package returns to our facility, a new shipping fee will apply for resending
